Dr Sinéad graduated with an Honours Degree in Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 2012.
Following her internship at Beaumont Hospital, she completed a year of specialist training in Paediatrics through the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland before commencing General Practice (GP) training in 2014. She completed her GP training with the North Dublin City GP Training Programme in 2018. In 2022, she further expanded her expertise by completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy at Trinity College Dublin.
Dr Sinéad currently works as a private GP in Dublin City and as a public GP with the HSE Addiction Services, providing care across South Dublin and Kildare.
Since qualifying as a doctor, Dr Sinéad has gained extensive experience working in many of Dublin’s major teaching hospitals, including Beaumont Hospital, Mater University Hospital, St James’s Hospital, the National Maternity Hospital (Holles Street), the Rotunda Hospital, Temple Street Children’s Hospital, Crumlin Children’s Hospital, and St Francis Hospice in Blanchardstown.
