2. GP phone call with Dr Sinéad Howley. Same-day phone call within 3 hours for weekday orders placed 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Phone calls for orders placed after 5:30 PM will occur starting from 8:30 AM on the next weekday. Phone calls for orders placed weekends will occur on Monday starting from 8:30 AM

 3. Fit for Work Certificate issued via email straight after phone call (once the GP has verified this is appropriate) ​
